about
I build products, reverse-engineer growth systems, and mess with code, music, and electronics. Writing about what ships, spreads, and makes money.
What I build
Most recently: a 6,000+ page DeFi directory powered by large-scale scraping, self-hosted CI/CD, and SEO optimized for humans and LLMs. Before that, years shipping agency work across marketing sites, enterprise platforms, and IoT systems for clients from startups to telecoms.
I work where engineering meets growth: running content operations at scale, reverse-engineering platform algorithms, experimenting with unconventional acquisition tactics. I optimize for what ships, converts, and spreads.
Why product engineering
I'm a product engineer who cares about the full loop—idea to revenue, not just clean code. When AI exploded in 2022, I leaned in early: rubber-ducking with models, vibe-coding features end-to-end, pushing prompts across systems. That made it clear my career isn't about perfect abstractions; it's about getting working products in front of users and making money.
The throughline: technical depth combined with a growth marketer's instinct for what makes people engage, share, and return.
Stack
Daily: TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind, PostgreSQL
Specialized: Rust, Solana, blockchain tooling (MEV bots, arbitrage, DeFi infrastructure)
Experimenting: Electronics, guitar pedals, music production, pentesting, wireless security
All layered on self-hosted infrastructure, cost-conscious workflows, and AI-accelerated build cycles.
Philosophy
Ship and see what happens. Instrument everything. Iterate aggressively. Keep ego in check—be honest when something isn't working, but don't let perfectionism kill momentum.
Most developers overcomplicate. "Good enough to test" beats "flawless but never launched."
Outside of code
I mess around with music production and bass guitar. Same curiosity-driven approach: take things apart, see what makes them work, rebuild them differently.
